“You Can Get It If You Really Want” was a song from the late sixties, sung by Jimmy Cliff. Thus, when the RMV Concert on the Green series included a reggae band singing this old standby, the title rang true: At Red Mill Village, with the product and price range so broad, the choice of how to live the next chapter is yours.
New Homestyles. Red Mill Village announces the release of 7 new homestyles. Two of the new homes, the “Jordan” and the “Bradford”, are single family detached homes that feature master bedrooms and rear decks looking onto conservation land. The Jordan II even features a stacked front porch that evokes images of Charleston or Savannah. Five new attached homestyles have been created, as well, one of which is the “Dover”, an interior home that has a two-car attached garage. New Locations. Three major locations are newly available:
- Codding Road West features views onto the conservation land.
- The Village Center’s Building 11 is at the hub of all activity, near The Village Green and an easy walk to the future Red Mill Crossing retail area.
- Building 4 is the last attached building that backs up to open space, in this case, Town of Norton Water District land.
New Prices. With the increase in the number of styles and locations, the price offering has been broadened. Now, the base prices of homes range from a low of $360k for a new home in Building 11 to a high of $593k for an Expanded Ipswich in the Codding Road area. With these new prices, “if you want”, you can move into a Red Mill Village home that fits your financial picture.
