Responding to the demand for additional home styles at Red Mill Village, Thorndike has announced the release of four new attached homes. Also, for people who have visited this active adult community in Norton, MA in the past, 2 Bailey-style homes are now available.
Each new home has unique elements that create a fresh feel. Some homes have detached and some have attached garages. Of course, each home has its own exterior space, but in a different style from the other models at Red Mill Village.
The homes are located adjacent to the lush Village Green and across the street from the planned Red Mill Crossing Country Store. Because the homes are closer to the exterior streets, they are priced advantageously. So, for someone who wants to be in the thick of things at Red Mill Village, rather than tucked into a corner, our new Building 11 homes are perfect.
According to Sales Manager Mary Costello, the new home styles came out of a process of listening to Red Mill Village visitors and homeowners. “We learned that some people were looking for a home that could be purchased for under $400k and that is what we have delivered! We in the Sales Center are thrilled to be able to offer lower priced homes to people who are excited to move into their ‘new hometown.’”
